Week 3

What is my motivation for week 3 and 4? Pictures. I am planning on taking new pics and posting my stats at the end of week 4. It's crazy that phase one is halway over. Working out has been awesome. Hard, but awesome. Eating healthy...not so great. The diet portion is most definitely my weakness and I would be lying if I said I've done a good job with it. I am trying though and the next two weeks will be better. PLUS...For my birthday, Berkeley gave me $200 to buy new clothes when this is all over. I REALLY want to be buying less material at that time, if you know what I mean. SO, all is well. I am working out faithfully and the diet is a work in progress. Tonight I am doing Legs and Back and also Ab Ripper. Can't wait!

  1. We should totally talk about this. I have a hard time too. I have a few things I do to eat less and I'm starting to actually put them in action. This is really motivating, Annie!
